Carlos has been the director of this cross-cultural missionary formation program since 2010. He is Peruvian. He is a consultant on the subject of mental health and missions and has a doctorate in clinical psychology with biblical theological studies.
Vinicio Salazar

Community Ministries
Vinicio has been the Director of Community Ministries since 2019. Born in Shell, Ecuador, he is originally from the Kichwa community of Napo. After living several years in the United States, he returned to Ecuador to serve his people. His work experience helps him respond to the physical and spiritual needs of the people in his region.
Timothy Broach

Apoyo Pastoral
Tim lives in Havana, Cuba with his wife, Onilda Cervantes. They minister together with the Apoyo Cuba team that celebrated 25 years of ministry in 2022. Tim was born in Quito, Ecuador and his family is a cultural fusion of Ecuador, Cuba, and the United States. He has a master’s in education and leadership and his passion is accompanying leaders to develop their potential in Christ.
David Luzuriaga

Apoyo Pastoral Ecuador
David is Ecuadorian by birth and a nationalized Chilean. He has lived in Chile, Ecuador, and the United States, serving as pastor, Bible teacher, and missionary. He holds a B.A. in Pastoral Studies and a Master of Divinity. David has been active in the teaching and preaching ministry for over 25 years and has been the Director of Apoyo Pastoral Ecuador since 2020.
