Apoyo Pastoral Mentor

 

The ideal Apoyo Pastoral facilitator / mentor would have:

• Passion for working “side by side” with the local church in the formation of its leaders

• Commitment to walk with leaders in their development as a whole person such as biblical knowledge, ministerial skills, Christian character, and healthy relationships

• Enjoyment of team teaching, interactive learning, and small group facilitation

• Intercultural skills to work with an international team and various ethnic groups within Latin America

• Fluency in Spanish

• Availability to travel and teach in unfavorable conditions

• Experience as a pastor or ministry leader

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in theological and/or Bible studies

• Enthusiasm to assist pastors and leaders in their walk through the Christian life
